Tournament Format

Play two (2) rounds of golf and use the same score card for both rounds.

Record only GROSS scores on March 10th and the 17th.

Record your one best Net score both days for each hole as your ECLECTIC score.

March Handicaps will be used for this Tournament.

Tournament payouts will be made by flight.

Sign up individually and the Tournament Chairman will form playing groups.
Tournament Procedures

Check in 20 minutes before your scheduled starting time.

All scorecards must be filled out accurately, signed, attested and placed in the scorecard box to be at the check-in table.

Scores for both days must be posted.

The gross scores for March 10th will be posted as “T” scores.

The gross scores for March 17th will be posted but not as “T” scores
-
Remember to post adjusted gross scores if necessary.

We recommend that cards be exchanged within your group.
Eligibility and Sign-up
You must be a member of the Laguna Woods Men’s 18 Hole Golf Club and have a current S.C.G.A. handicap and pay the tournament entry fee. Sign up for the tournament at the Men’s Club monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 23th, , 2009. Standby and Cancellation lists will be available outside the pro shop after the Men’s Club meeting.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by MONDAY MARCH 8 BY 3:00 P.M. in order to receive a refund.
